We’re looking for a Product Manager with a consistent track record of shipping sophisticated, enterprise platforms under demanding timelines. Strong fundamentals are a requirement, but you have more. Key Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior executives
  • 10+ years in a role leading cross-functional teams in product development (e.g. Program, Project, Product Management, or Business Analysis)
  • Experience working closely with research scientist and AI developer
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities
  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, written and verbal, to all levels of an organization
  • Innate drive to improve how things work, with proven track record to drive spectacular improvements for team quality, performance, agility, or effectiveness
  • Reliable background in shipping high quality features to customers
  • Ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, make recommendations and drive actions

Description

- Support the VideoLogic R&D team by serving as both the liaison to its clients and partners. Proactively build great relationships with clients and and help them integrate our tools into their technical stack. Identify long term and short term potential requirements for VideoLogic's AI models.  - Build strong positive relationships across organizations and facilitate communication between cross-divisional groups - Define core use cases and drive prioritization and prototyping efforts - Engage with and synthesize feedback from reviews with all levels of management and cross-divisional groups, ensuring alignment throughout the organization.

Education & Experience

BS/MS EE/CS/CE or equivalent

Additional Requirements

  • Experience working with video and natural language technologies (e.g. speech recognition, search, natural language processing, data analytics, etc.)
  • 5+ years Senior Lead/Management-level experience on a large-scale software team that covers as many of the following as possible: quality of a high-volume live service, server software, Speech/NL model, international products
  • Experience managing large server-based products
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies
